Professional registration :

• A qualified mental health nurse registered with the NMC (nursing and midwifery council).

• Systemic practitioner trained in NVR, and solution-focused therapy and an EMDR therapist in training.

• I complete regular CPD (continuing professional development) to maintain my professional registration. 

​​

• Areas of CPD include maternal mental health, hearing voices network, family work in psychosis, self-harm, domestic abuse, substance misuse, developmental trauma and DBT (dialectical behaviour therapy). 

​​

• Fully insured and have regular supervision.
